  HP ML350 G5 quad CPU with 4GB RAM
  Five Seagate disks and Perc6i with 256MB

• As expected Raid 0 performed much better

• Performance numbers for Raid 0 are starting to push limitations of the raid card

• We will run some test with 8 disks to see limitations of Perc6i raid card

• Conclusion

• We already new that Raid 0 would perform better than Raid 5, the test above confirmed our prediction. We will also compare results when 8 disks are used in Raid 0, Raid 5 and Raid 6.
